Acquisitions this week at the Wead Library include a biography of “To Kill a Mockingbird” author, Harper Lee , a new thriller from Marcia Clark, a Western novel by Lauran Paine, a book on evaluating internet resources and fraud, a quiltmaking book dedicated to the “snowball” pattern and lots more.  One of our most interesting new reads is “The last magazine”  by the late Michael Hastings. Hastings has a local connection in that his mom practiced pediatrics in the Malone area for several years.  This month’s selections are quite varied and hopefully there will be something new for all our readers out there.
