March Madness is Here!

March in the Adirondacks is a time of Basketball Madness, Leprechaun sightings, raging, melting rivers, searing winds and hopefully the smell of warm, damp earth. We plow through Mud Season like many before us eagerly awaiting the end of bitter cold and the thrill of budding green foliage.  It is a time when it is so hard to do anything outdoors. Melting dirt gets tracked into our homes, tiny seedlings sit on our inside windowsills, and ski season has ended. It is a great time to read a book, watch a new DVD, or listen to an audio book as we power through Spring cleaning. At the Wead Library we can  provide you with the latest Best Sellers, Young Adult fiction and awesome books for even our youngest readers. Please stop by and let us help you get through Mud Season with some great literature.  There are movies, concerts, Story Hours, Book Club and more taking place at the Library this month. Please take a look at our own version of March Madness here at the Library.
